Les Satyres chrestiennes de l. a. food papale ont été imprimées à Genève en 1560, sans nom d’auteur, par Conrad Badius. Qui en est l’auteur? Cette oeuvre singulière a été longtemps attribuée, sans preuve, à l’imprimeur lui-même, Conrad Badius, et parfois même à Pierre Viret. Charles-Antoine Chamay rejette ces attributions au revenue de Théodore de Bèze, le réformateur qui succédera bientôt à Jean Calvin.
